4.1 Basic requirements of wharf light/high mast light
4.1.1 The illumination of high pole lights at the port should comply with the provisions of JTS165.
4.1.2 Elevating high pole lights should be used for Wharf light/high mast light.
4.1.3 The design of high pole lights should fully consider safety, reliability, durability, maintenance convenience, and be suitable for the port environment.
4.1.4 The processing and manufacturing of Wharf light/high mast light should comply with the approved design drawings and relevant process specifications.
4.1.5 Wharf light/high mast light should be equipped with cabinets with lighting distribution and control functions, and the protection level of the shell should not be lower than IP65 specified in GB/T4208-2017.
4.1.6 Wharf light/high mast light should be equipped with an intelligent lighting control system, which should comply with the provisions of JT/T1186.
4.2 Settings
4.2.1 The height of the high pole lights in the storage yard of the general cargo terminal should be 25m~40m, and the distance between them should be 4-6 times the height of the light poles.
4.2.2 Coal terminal yards, ore dedicated terminal yards, and other dry bulk cargo dedicated terminal yards should not be set up within the site due to loading and unloading technology limitations
When erecting high pole lights, the height of the Wharf light/high mast light located at the edge of the site should be 30-40m, and the distance between them should be 4-8 times the height of the light poles.
The height of the high pole lights in the container terminal yard should be 30m~45m, and the distance between them should be 3-5 times the height of the light poles. The column spacing of the light poles can be reasonably selected based on the yard process layout.
The height of the high pole lights at the front of the pier in 4.2.4 should be 20m~30m, and the lighting range should cover the working surface of the pier.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Power supply
5.1.1 The rated working voltage of the high pole lights at the port should be AC380V/220V, and the rated frequency should be 50Hz.
5.1.2 Wharf light/high mast light should be able to operate normally within a fluctuation range of ± 5% of the rated voltage of the system. It is recommended to use energy-saving appliances with voltage stabilization, harmonic filtering, and energy conservation.
5.1.3 The voltage loss from the port high pole lighting control box to the lamp should not exceed 0.5% of the rated voltage.
5.2 Distribution cables
5.2.1 The lighting fixtures of high pole lamps should be powered by multi-core cables, and the cables should be tensile and aging resistant flexible cables. The selection of cables should comply with the provisions of GB50217 and GB50054.
5.2.2 The arrangement of cables inside the pole can be done in both non fixed and fixed ways:
a) When using non fixed methods to arrange cables, measures should be taken to prevent the cables and steel wire ropes from twisting or being blocked and broken during the lifting process when the cables are lifted and lowered along with the lamp panel;
b) When arranging cables using a fixed method, the cables should be securely fixed within the pole body and not lifted or lowered with the lamp panel. The power receiving interface of the lamp panel should be automatically connected and disconnected from the cable connection device at the top of the lamp pole.
5.2.3 There should be no joints in the distribution cables inside the lamp poles.
5.3 Luminaires and Light Sources
5.3.1 Luminaires
5.3.1.1 Wharf light/high mast light should use floodlights or floodlights, which should comply with the provisions of GB7000.1 and have a protection level not lower than IP65 specified in GB/T4208-2017.
5.3.1.2 Luminaires should have anti glare function.
5.3.1.3 According to lighting requirements, both floodlights and floodlights can be used together. Each type of lighting fixture should be accompanied by a photometric test report that meets the requirements of GB7002.
5.3.1.4 The efficiency of the entire set of lamps shall not be less than 65%, and the power factor shall reach above 0.85.
5.3.1.5 The minimum hanging height of lamps should meet the requirements of equation (1). In the formula: h - The hanging height of the lamp, in meters (m); 1o - axial light intensity of the lamp, unit: (ed).
5.3.1.6 The reflector in the lamp should meet the requirements of Class III environmental conditions in GB7000.1. When using aluminum reflectors, the reflector should undergo anodizing treatment, and the thickness of the oxide layer should not be less than 6um.
5.3.1.7 The lamp bracket can adjust the projection surface of the main optical axis as needed, and the angle between the main optical axis and the lamp pole should not exceed 75 °.
5.3.1.8 Lighting fixtures should be equipped with anti fall devices.
5.3.1.9 The safety facilities for electrical components of lighting fixtures should comply with the requirements of GB7000.7.
5.3.2 Light source
5.3.2.1 When the light source power is 400W or above, the high-pressure sodium lamp or Metal-halide lamp shall meet the following requirements:
--Corresponding accessories such as ballasts, triggers, and compensation capacitors should be configured;
--The luminous efficiency of high-pressure sodium lamp shall not be less than 120lm/W;
