Installation Instructions
Generally, rural roads are 5-8 meters long, municipal roads are 8-14 meters long, and community park streetlights are 3-5 meters long. Urban street light is generally divided into three types: conventional lighting, high pole lighting, and semi high pole lighting. Conventional lighting refers to street lights with a height of less than 15m, which are regularly and continuously installed at certain intervals. It is generally installed on one side, both sides, or in the middle of the lane. When lighting, the lamp head is kept perpendicular to the ground, so that most of the emitted light can be directed towards the road.
1, What are the main types of urban street light?
1. Regular lighting: Street lights with a height of usually less than 15m are installed continuously and regularly at certain intervals, usually on one side, both sides, or in the middle of the road for lighting. When lighting, keep the lamp head perpendicular to the ground, so that most of the emitted light can be directed towards the road.
2. High pole lighting: A type of lighting method for large areas using street lamps with a height usually equal to or greater than 20m. Usually installed at intersections or at the central turntable position, 20 lamps are installed on one lamp pole to illuminate each intersection.
3. Half height pole lighting: A type of lighting method in which street lamps with a height of usually 15-20m are used for illumination. The lighting fixtures equipped with lamp poles with a height of less than 15m belong to conventional lighting; Lighting fixtures equipped with lamp poles with a height equal to or greater than 20m belong to high pole lighting.
2, Precautions for installing street lights
1. Before installing street lights, it is necessary to consider whether they are mainly for lighting or landscape. Lighting is the main choice for installing street lights, while landscape is the main choice for courtyard lights. Street lights are generally above 5 meters, and courtyard lights are around 3 meters.
2. Before installing streetlights, it is necessary to determine the installation location. The height of streetlights installed on rural roads, new rural roads, municipal roads, etc. is different, which is mainly related to the width of the road. Normally, the width of the road and the height of the lamp pole are the same, but in actual design, the height of the lamp pole may sometimes be about 2 meters lower than the actual height.
3. The height of the installed streetlights should also be determined based on the type of vehicle passing through. For example, if there are many large vehicles passing through this section, higher street lights should be installed. For sections with fewer large vehicles, lower street lights can be installed.
4. If installing solar street lights, consider whether there are tall trees around. Solar street lights must have good lighting for normal lighting at night, so try to choose areas with lower trees around them or install light poles higher than trees.
3, How to install pole lights?
1. The installation position of lighting fixtures should be positioned according to the pile number on the design drawings, and some places should be adjusted according to the actual situation, but approval from the construction and design parties should be obtained.
2. When excavating the foundation pit of the road lamp pole, full consideration should be given to the surrounding pipeline conditions and geological conditions. When pouring the foundation of the street lamp pole, a template must be used to support it and ensure that the plane on the lamp base is level.
3. The plane of the lamp base is 8cm lower than the surface of the curbstone, and the anchor screw is 5cm higher than the plane of the lamp base.
4. After the installation of streetlights, the foundation of the streetlight pole should be sealed. The foundation of the street lamp pole is poured with C25 concrete and compacted tightly with an inserted vibrating rod.
5. The battery room should be constructed strictly in accordance with relevant technical requirements and specifications. After the installation of the street lamp pole, the grounding wire should be reliably connected to the grounding electrode and the street lamp pole.
6. After the backfilling earthwork is excavated, it should be cleaned and transported in a timely manner, and civilized construction should be carried out to ensure that it is cleared on the same day of excavation.
