1.Cold forging integrated radiator design

DIP color temperature coupled with the single lamp knob dimming design can easily achieve single lamp dimming, spot shaping and color temperature adjustment. It can be used alone or can alternatively be equipped with other dimming devices.

I. First loosen and pull out thehand screw (red part) shown inFIG. 1, and then pull out themain part of the lens (bluearea) and separate it from thelamp body: Figure 2 shows thepart of the optical lens afterseparation, and Figure 3shows the part of the lampbody after separation.
Il. Stretch the four diaphragmsheets on the optical lens ofFigure 4 outward to themaximum extent as showm inFigure 5.
IIl Uns crew the blue part ofthe optical components at thebottom of the lens in Figure 6and separate it as shown inFigures 7 and 8.Then separatethe lens face ring in FIG. 8 asshown in FIG.9.
IV. Find the gobo devicedelivered by the manufacturer(the red part in Figure 10),install the gobo device asshown in Figure 10, and thenreinstall the optical lens asshown in Figure 11, and thenreinstall the lens as shown inFigure 6, and then reinstall thelamp body as shown in Figure1. The LOGO lamp assembly iscomplete.
V.You can design and make avariety of image gobo. Thespecifications are shown inFigure 12.
Daily maintenance:
I .When the edge of the circularspot becomes rough or granular(Figure 13) please open the lensand wipe the red part in Fiqure 7with a dust-free cloth or eyeglasscloth.
Il .When the edge of the squarespot becomes rough or granular(Figure 14) please open the lensand wipe the green edge inFiqure 7 with a dust-free cloth oreyeglass cloth.
IIl.When small shadows or particlesappear in the middle or edge of anyspot (Figure 15, 16), open the lensand wipe the optical lens in Fiqure 8with a dust-free cloth or eyeglassdoth
