Roll-to-roll production enhances efficiency by eliminating handling losses and delays. Quality is ensured with a 99.8% first pass yield and 15 lines of automatic COB die-bonders.
MF 100-meter roll-to-roll die-bonder reduces labor costs by eliminating manual soldering of 50 cm by 50 cm FPC sections. This process saves time and prevents issues like soldering faults and oxidation.
COB strip light is manufactured in 5-meter segments without welding, minimizing the risk of broken tin-solder. MF's COB strip light sets a new standard with advanced technology, superior quality, and increased production efficiency.
