As a special purpose lamp with special requirements for light distribution and anti-corrosion, the sea sweeping lamp was previously regarded as a prohibited area for LED lamps. There has been no suitable product to replace traditional sea sweeping lamps. After four years of research and development, we have overcome the two major challenges of light distribution and heat dissipation. We have developed a sea sweeping lamp with a maximum power of 500W for a single light source within a 2.5 degree angle, using a reflector and lens composite light distribution. The product has a small angle, long projection distance, and good penetration. It effectively solves the demand for long service life and high stability of sea sweeping lamps for large ships, lighthouses, islands, reefs, and coastal defense,
such as fishing administration, search and rescue, and scientific research.
