Requirements for warehouse lighting fixtures
1. To meet the requirements for warehouse lighting illumination, generally speaking, the ground illumination of the warehouse should not be less than 50lux or more, in order to facilitate the identification of goods labels, etc;
2. Energy saving: Realize intelligent control of the lighting system, achieve dual lighting for the warehouse, turn off one route during the day and turn on two routes at night, achieving energy conservation;

3. Safety: Explosion proof lighting fixtures with waterproof, dustproof, and anti-corrosion properties should be used to ensure the safe operation of the fixtures;
4. Long lifespan: In order to avoid increasing maintenance costs in the later stage and ensure timely maintenance and replacement of lamps, lamps with long lifespan and high stability should be selected;
5. Restartability: Consider lamps that can be restarted instantly to avoid prolonged lamp delay.
(1) Before installation, the wiring, fasteners, and connectors of the lighting fixtures must be inspected, and the installation sequence must be clearly defined;
(2) Inspect the factory decoration lighting fixtures for exposed wires or live metal connections, whether the phase wires of each lamp head enter the central terminal, whether there are quality issues with the nylon expansion pipes installed and fixed to the lamp base, what is the material of the lamp head, what is the rated voltage, current, and power of the lamp, and whether the insulation outer shell of the lamp head is damaged;

(3) The diameter of the expansion pipe must match that of the impact drill, and it is strictly prohibited to use wood chips or other materials as padding due to excessive hole size;
(4) If the sky grid is a prefabricated component, it is strictly prohibited to use wooden tenons when drilling holes in the prefabricated component, and hanging components must be used;
(5) If no embedded parts are installed, heavy lighting fixtures cannot be installed;
(6) If it is a pendant lamp, both the steel wire and iron chain must have sufficient strength, and the power cord should not be tightened.
