1.Install in accordance with the National Electric Code and local regulations.
2.This product is intended to be installed and serviced by a qualified, licensed electrician.
3.This product requires a compatible LED driver for proper configuration.
4.it is generally recommended to load the driver no more than 70% the labeled rating for maximumperformance and longevity. However, see each driver specification sheet for exact minimum and maximumloading values.
5.Do not power tape light on the plastic spool or when tightly coiled. Excess heat may melt the spool and/orcause damage to the product.
6.Ensure applicable wireis installed between driver, fixture, and any controls in-between. When choosing wire.actor in voltage drop, amperage rating, and type (in-wall rated, wet location rated, etc,). lnadequate wireinstallation could overheat wires, and cause fire
7.Attached wire leads or wire accessories are not rated for in-wall installation unless otherwise noted
8.Strip light must be handled with care. Excessive handling, bending, and pressure may damage the productvoiding the warranty
9.Ensure wire leads at opposing ends of the tape light are not crossed when the fixture is turned on. lt isacceptable to modify the length or cut off the attached wire leads and DC connections in the field.
10.Actual color may vary from what is pictured on this sheet and other print materials due to the limitations ofohotographic processes.
11.Lighting technology has some amount of gradual light degradation (output and/or color) over the lifespan ofthe products. Diode LED products are designed to minimize degradation, but some light degradation andcolor shift is a normal part of the life span of any LED lighting system

Q2: Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A2: Yes. We provide ODM and OEM services. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q3: How to deal with the faulty?
A3: During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q4: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A4: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. One sample or mixed samples are acceptable.

Q5: How long time to ship the goods if place an order?
A5:  Usually 7 days for sample or small order,15 working days for bulk order, but sometimes depend on the order quantity
