Traditionally, due to the application requirements of different lighting fixtures in natural environments, they may require dustproof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof, and waterproof functions. However, not every lighting fixture can also take into account this function. We habitually refer to lighting fixtures that can take into account at least three functions during a certain period as "three proof lamps", and there are also three proof lamps that are compatible with taking over fluorescent tubes as "three proof lamp support brackets".

Dust prevention: In a dust-free workshop, if there are regulations on cleanliness, the lighting fixtures must be dustproof;
Explosion proof type: For example, in areas such as warehouses where there are many flammable and explosive materials, the lighting fixtures must have an explosion-proof type;

Application of three proof lights in natural environments

The four major features of the three proof lights:

There are two methods to install the three proof lights:
1. Ceiling installation: According to the installation hole size of the lamp, make corresponding installation bolt holes at the required installation positions, and then install and fix the lamp with bolts.

2. Suspension installation: This is the installation method used in places with a wide range of lighting. When installing, first fix the lifting adapter plate to the lamp with bolts, then connect the cable to the lamp, and then connect the pipe threads of the lamp and the wiring with standard pipe threads

Outdoor parking lot lighting standards:
Referring to the current national standard "Lighting Design Standard for Outdoor Work Sites" GB50582-2010 and the relevant standards of "Urban Road Lighting Design Standard" CJJ45-2015, there are requirements related to the illumination indicators of various types of outdoor parking lots. GB50582-2010 specifies "Class I (>400 two) parking lots, a horizontal illumination reference value of 30lx, and a horizontal illumination uniformity of more than 0.25". According to the regulations in CJJ45-2015, "parking lots with high traffic volume, average level illumination Eh, av (lx) maintenance values of 20lx, and illumination uniformity of more than 0.25 are classified according to traffic volume. Regarding the entrance and toll station of the parking lot, it is stipulated in the "Lighting Design Standard for Outdoor Work Sites" GB50582-2010 that "the illumination level of the entrance and toll station of the parking lot shall not be less than 50lx". This parking lot adopts the Class I illuminance standard of GB50582-2010, with a horizontal illuminance standard value of 30lx.
Outdoor parking lot lighting quality requirements:

Regarding the lighting of parking lots, in addition to basic lighting requirements, there are also uniformity of lighting. Require the color rendering and color temperature of the light source; Gray is also an important indicator for measuring lighting quality. High quality on-site lighting can create a relaxed and good visual environment for drivers and pedestrians.

1. Entrance/Exit - The entrance/exit of the parking lot checks documents, charges fees, identifies the appearance of drivers, and facilitates communication between employees and drivers. Railings, facilities on both sides of entrances and exits, and the ground should provide corresponding lighting to ensure the safe driving of drivers. Therefore, the lighting here must be appropriately strengthened and accurate lighting provided for these tasks. The illumination at the entrance of the parking lot and toll station in GB50582-2010 shall not be less than 50lx.

2. Signs and markings - The signs in this parking lot can only be seen when illuminated, and must be illuminated simultaneously when designing lighting. And the ground markings must ensure that all markings are clearly displayed when installing lighting.

3. Vehicle Parking Space - Based on the lighting requirements of the parking space, ensure that ground markings, ground locks, and isolation railings are clearly visible, and ensure that drivers do not encounter ground obstacles due to insufficient lighting when entering the parking space. After the vehicle is parked and seated, the vehicle body should be displayed under appropriate lighting to facilitate the identification of other drivers and the entry and exit of the vehicle.

4. Pedestrian route - If pedestrians pick up or get off the vehicle to leave, there is a pedestrian path. This road is considered as a regular pedestrian walkway and must provide appropriate ground and vertical lighting. When the pedestrian route and lane of this parking lot are mixed, it is considered based on the lane benchmark.

5. Environmental interference - For safety reasons and identification needs, the environment of the parking lot should have some lighting. However, it is necessary to reduce the impact on the off-site environmental atmosphere. As a result, vehicles and parking lots are not beautiful decorations in public environments, which may disrupt the original harmony of the environment. By improving the arrangement of lighting fixtures, continuous light poles can be set up around the parking lot to form an array, serving as a line of sight barrier and achieving the effect of isolating the inside and outside of the parking lot.
